The Stakeholder Survey is an opportunity for stakeholders to score IFAD’s performance in country programmes and non-lending activities. It is a crucial component of assessing country programme implementation and impact, as well as improving IFAD’s development effectiveness.

In 2022, as the COVID-19 pandemic persists, IFAD continued to ask for feedback relating to IFAD’s response to the effects of COVID-19, asking about how well IFAD protected the production capacities and market access of the rural poor against COVID-19-related challenges, and how IFAD bolstered their overall resilience.
